I am so close to finishing the 9 weeks but the gremlins are out in force. They really don't want me to succeed. Maybe because I have no idea what I will do after this! I have loved the structure of the program and will definitely miss the motivating voice every 5-10 minutes!

I am determined though, that I will complete this run tonight! I have confidence that I can keep going and I will not let the gremlins get to me!

Good luck to everyone running today :)

xx

You can do this, the badge awaits you! Dont panic about the next few runs, just take Week 9 with you for a while to consolidate your 30 mins. Meanwhile you can then consider and decide next steps. Parkrun is a great start, have you registered or already run there?

Awaiting your graduation party runner!

I have registered and I did run the route on a non Parkrun day so I am almost there! Just need to actually go for it!

Thank you for your advice, I think doing a few more 30 minutes runs would probably be the best option for now :)

xx

Yes I do miss the encouraging voice but graduate badge requires you to finish and it feels good to get it. If you did run 1 you know you can. Park run is good for keeping motivation and when I have had a few weeks of 30 minute runs I plan to try out the C25k+ podcasts.

Good luck finishing.

Lots to go at after this and as for those pesky gremlins.. just squish them with every single slow and steady step!

You can do this... go for it:)

You kicked the couch all those weeks ago, so keep kicking the gremlins. Kick them till they squeal and then find your new running rhythm. You are a runner, runners run, that's what we do
