I'm on week 7 run 2 but because I had arranged to do a parkrun 5k for charity I had to bite the bullet and do it on Saturday. My time was slow at 42 mins but I still did it!! And raised £750 for a local charity. Having a couple of days off then I'm going to carry on with the couch to 5k. And you never know I may even consider doing a parkrun again!
