Going to be away for a few days this week but my running shoes are coming with me so I'll be finishing week 6 running by the sea.

Quite looking forward to running in a different environment, Puffin Billy is on the move!

Love the understatement. Tragically we have forest fires burning we can see them from our house. Hoping very seriously it cools down even if just a tad

Not a pleasant situation, a friend of mine went through similar in Australia last summer and was twice evacuated from her home.

Hope temp drops for you and the situation improves very quickly
