Yes, of course you will. I did many repeats but got there in the end. Don't be too hard on yourself. If for you it's a glorious morning (as I have here) then take it really slowly and savour your run. If it's not that glorious then get out there anyway and be happy just being able to do it. Keep posting and let us know how you are getting on. ENJOY!
