W8R3 out of the way. I can finally see the finishing line. It's been a fantastic two months. When I started in June my BPM was 67 and my weight 122kg. Today my BPM ranges between 49-52 and my weight is down to 111kg. Best of all I can now run after a bus without panting 😂😂.

It's great when you start to see the benefits isn't it? Hold onto that feeling and relive it every time you don't want to run!

Wow, what weight were you at the start? I was 124.7 now 122.8 and hoping with diet and the C25K to help get that down. Plus I have come off Beer which for me is the killer.

Hi, my starting weight was 122kg. I agree the booze is the killer! I came off the Guinness (not beer 😂😂) last December and haven't had a drop since. My weight loss has been aided by intensive weight training 4-5 times a week and improving my diet.
