So now I can join the large club of people who seem to have finished Week 5 today!
I wouldn't say I "enjoyed" it per se, still just a 20 minute long countdown to when I could stop... But it wasnt as difficult as i thought it might be, and yes i was pretty pleased with myself afterwards π₯³
So if you are feeling nervous about it, as someone else said earlier, don't! Just give it a go, what's the worst that can happen?!
Roll on Week 6, I'm coming for you πͺ

To you Parky88 and the many other runners who have ran run 3 of week 5 today, congratulations, that is a milestone run with C25K, the first of a few milestone runs, the others being run 3 of week 9 which is your graduation run, then after you graduate, the next milestone run is your first 5K, first 10K and so on, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran. π π
