Just back from my Week 2 Run 3; it's not a pretty sight. I'm red, sweaty and am modelling my new fat girls running tights which do not provide much camouflage for my ample arse but hey ho, it was hard but I DID IT, I can barely believe it myself lol. Have also done my stretches tonight so my shins and calves feel much easier. Thanks for the tip.
Silly grin and feeling very proud of myself, now to get myself in the shower.

Onwards and upwards...keep smiling, keep running and go for it!
Good luck and happy running!
As I recall 'fat bottomed' girls make the world go round or similar. Channel your inner Kardashian, although in truth I don't like her that much. You are beautiful, you have a bum, but you run for joy
Wear your beetroot badge with pride!😊 You don't get them from sitting on the couch.
Keep up the stretching. I have progressed through C25k with few problems and those I have had can all be linked to not stretching well enough on some days👍🏼👍🏼Good luck with Week 3.
Ps on subject of bums ( you started it!) my teenage daughters ( always a source of blunt honesty) say my bum hasn't changed size much but it now sits about two inches higher than before ( as if it's wearing the rear end equivalent of a bra!)... and it's a better shape. Thanks girls!
