Well I never thought I would do it and I haven't in 30 minutes however I graduated a few weeks ago and have tried to increase the distance and time slowly. Today I got to 4.6k and thought stuff it let's just do it. It did take 45 minutes but I've done it. Wouldn't say I love running but definitely like the feeling of accomplishment. I look forward to going out even in dodgy weather (I prefer it when the suns not out!). If I can do it anyone can. I now use map my run to keep me going.

I can't do it in 30 minutes either but like you - not in love with running but enjoy the end of a run when I've done it! I did a park run today and didn't come last 😊
