OOPS! 9.6K!

Well ... I'm not available to run this weekend, so thought I'd try a new route that my local running club uses. It was a longer course than I have ever ever done and was over 6K so I thought I was being quite brave. The snag was that I got lost and did one large part twice, so it became 9.6K. I only walked the cliff face (sorry, I suppose it was only a hill but put it this way, I'm taking climbing ropes and crampons next time I do it) and because I got lost I had to climb it twice. Feels great now though, and I've got 2 days to recover. Have a great and active weekend everyone.

Wow well done, and remember to check your routes... I get lost everywhere and if I do a new route I take a bag of flour!!
