Well I've been for fitting of new running shoes and after over pronating I'm now neutral. Last fitting was 3 year ago . Ended up spending £145 with insoles. Nike air Pegasus hope there going to be ok &I'm running like Hussain bolt at that price 🤣

I just got some of them! Mine are an older model though.,they are narrower across the toes than my last pair, which I am now walking the dog in. The only shoes my toes haven't gone through!

Have fun in them 🙂🏃‍♀️

Feel really comfy walking round store . Glad you rate them . Had to go all hog though with insoles 😀

Wow! I should really go and get a gait analysis as I underpronate terribly - sounds like it may be expensive!

Oh yes ! If your not gullable like me and don't purchase the customised insoles it will be cheaper

I ended up at the asics store in Gloucester and after a free gait analysis at one of the big store (i did buy other stuff there) I ended up paying a little more than I hoped for some kayano 22's. They were cheaper than anywhere online and in my size and they had loads of slightly older models much cheaper too. Told me no insoles on a sport shoe and to be fair I love them.....unfortunately no faster and no further on runs but nice to feel like I'm bouncing along!

Hi ollski ,I'll try out the insoles as they have 28 day full refund guarantee. So we will see. Regarding shoes I'm testing them out tomorrow but still can't get my head around how I've gone from over pronating to a neutral. But we will see . Happy running in your new shoes 😊

Got new Asics running shoes after 3 weeks of knee and foot pain. Wearing them night and day and really feeling the benefit. So much less pain in my knees and foot now. The right shoes are really important I've just learned!!
