Just done (should say slow jog) run 3 of week 5 and I am quite pleased with myself as was really worrying about running for the full 20 mins it has taken me over a week to complete as had a few unmotivated days, do most run or jog.

Jo tells me I'm a runner so I run, although like you it's probably not much more than a slow jog!!

Well done on 20mins, that's me too this week, eek 😬

Sarah tells me I am a runner as well so will go with that. Go for it I had the mindset of omg 20mins straight, but I found it easier without the stopping & starting. Good luck for your run xxx

I run...they run... you run:) You are a runner :)

Very well done you! Onward and upward!

Jog or run who is judging you? Not me for sure, I did exactly the same a day ago, if it was a jog, it felt like running to me, and I am sure it did for you. We are runners, we runners carry on and up. Endurance and commitment are the key... good luck next time out
