Your limits will be your warm-up, just keep going.
W6R2. My warm-up was first 10 min run. Something that no long time ago was beyond my limits. It was very slow strall. The second 10 min run, on the other hand, was nice jog. I think I was jogging, like moving in space and all of that. The last 1.5-2 min I pushed myself to a run. I finished on high note. Now stretching and preparing for work.
