Start Week 2 today, have to say that I love the programme and it has stopped me going over the top, thinking that I am still in my 20's.

I am at the young age of 57 and previously would push myself too far and get injured and then give up!

I like the structure of the course and this helps me discipline myself and get a lot of enjoyment from it.

A big hats off to whoever designed this course, thank you

This is my problem ,my mind is still saying I can run like a 20 year old but my body says different . I'm definitely reigning it in this time round . Good luck &Happy injury free running

....and I am 67 and still think I am in my thirties... but... when I had my last Well Woman check... my nurse told me the results of my BP, heart rate and cholesterol levels ? Same as a 33 year old... so, no wonder I think I am...great reason to complete this wonderful programme !!!

Couldn't agree more, it's fab. Has got my lardy bum off the couch and I can't wait for tomorrows session as I'm on a rest day today. I'm also on week 2 so keep posting :)

This is a great course, and as a mere youngster you will love it! Slow and steady does it and just make sure you take your rest days... keep posting for lots of great advice and great motivation too :)
