I graduated in May and have been running 3-4 times per week (one being Park Run). Do any of you mix it up a bit with cycling? I did 12k on my bike a couple of weeks ago and then ran so much better a few days later (once my sore derrière had calmed down 😉). I went for an 8k ride last night and so will see how I get on with my next run.

cycling is good but beware of standing on the pedals. Ouch, you feel it after 😩 You can use the opportunity to check out new running routs
Well I managed to knock nearly 2 mins off my PB in park run on Saturday following my mid-week cycle so definitely think it is helping! My derrière is getting used to the knife-edge saddle at last too! 😬
