It's still not easy (far from it!) and I'm not doing 5K yet BUT I can now successfully jog/shuffle non-stop for 30 minutes which is good enough for me!
I genuinely don't think I would've got to the end of the programme without this forum, so thank you to all you lovely people for being a constant source of positivity and guidance and for answering my questions and posts throughout the programme. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You are all stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Now to consolidate my 30 min runs and try and get to a slightly faster shuffling pace! 😎

Whoop whoop - WELL DONE. Jealous in a way, but hopefully I'll be with you in a little over a week (W8R2 tomorrow). Every time think I won't do it but then ... I do!! You did it in great time - I started on 1st May, but re-did a couple and had an injury.
It's HARD but look what you've done - gone from non-sporty to A RUNNER 🏅. Great stuff.
I totally get what you mean about thinking "I won't do it". Every single run I have thought that! My first (and only) practice run was actually 2 days ago when I attempted W9R3 but it was so hot and humid that I gave up after 15 minutes.
You will get there - if you've got to week 8 then you're definitely capable of week 9 as there's only 2 minutes difference 💪 let us all know once you've graduated!
Congratulations and very well done. It's a fantastic achievement. Enjoy the rest of your post graduation runs. I'm a graduate for a month. Still find it tough. I have good runs and bad runs. It's all on my head, gremlins attack me after 2.5k on a 5k run.
Yay! Congratulations on graduating! It really is a fantastic programme isn't it and such a positive change to have made to your life🙂. Keep it up and keep posting - the journey is really only just beginning.....! Happy running🏃🏽♀️🙂
