Did my first big run w5d3 on Saturday and was so pleased with myself. W6d1 yesterday and my legs felt like concrete and I was wading through treacle. For the first time I didn't complete - my knees were hurting so much. Need to find the impetus to start week 6 again 😭

Concrete legs and treacle wading are par for the course sometimes
Just make sure you are well hydrated, well warmed up and take it very steady and slow It was very hot here yesterday and humid too.. so, maybe that did not help?
That run is a hard one. I am sure you will be fine next time. Just don't go too fast (the mistake I made that week) and maybe try a cooler day. Then you will be back on track.

It's not a setback. It's normal. Week six is tough! You'll be fine as long as you go nice and slow
Give yourself two days recovery if you need it 🙂👍

W6R1 is notorious for tripping people up after the glory of W5R3. Rest up and approach it with due respect........slow and steady.
