So Thursday will be day that I will run 20 minutes straight !! Iβm focusing on my progress and pushing any niggly thoughts from my mind. Trusting in myself and the programme that my positive mindset will take care of me. Iβd never of believed a few weeks ago Iβd be able to do this. Iβm super slow but keeping a steady pace, letβs do this. Have a lovely day folks.

Good luck! I did this last week and was amazed that it was so do-able. I go slowly too. I think this is the key to success. We can always speed up when we complete the program (if we want to). You've got this!
Trust in the programme ! You can already do it you just haven't seen it yet! Remember it's stamina not speed that counts at this point. I can't wait to read your post celebrating having done it!
Well done, I hope it goes well today. Steady and slow is the way to go. If you feel like you're struggling while doing the 20 minutes then just slow down even more! I have to remind myself that if I get ahead of myself π x

It's all in your head. Believe you can, it sounds like you do, and you will. This run and the last one are the most satisfying of the whole program, in my opinion.
