They are relatively new and cost quite a lot so I don't want them to shrink in the washing machine! Give me another week or so and I'll be chucking them in the machine though 😄

Life's too short to hand wash anything Joy. If we hand wash everything we're supposed to we might as well do away with that modern machine thing with a drum that spins around and moves......

I find myself carefully folding my running underpants when I hual them out of the wash, and my running socks and my running tee shirts...pretty soon I'll be obsessing about never mixing colours in the Wash if this kind of thing is progressivel! : O
