Did the Stamina podcast this morning and couldn't keep up with the pace, so ran at my own pace instead. I liked the Stepping Stones and Speed podcasts though. If I repeat it often enough, should I be able to up my pace after a while?

I found the C25k+ podcasts tough......I just could not face any more of that music.
Oh, I know. Its excruciating.

Stamina is the hardest. Build it slowly.
Good advice. I will.

They are kick ass! The Stamina one particularly so. I ran it recently and commented on how tough it was. The last fast five minute segment is a bit full on.
The music is weird but good for running, and that's what matters. I quite like the one that sounds like a saw.
I keep these handy and run them as they crop up on my playlist. You have to practice them, like anything else, but they will improve your running
I'm a bit of a plodder and can't sustain running at anything over 55 bpm but I will keep repeating the podcasts each week. Don't know if I'll ever manage that last 5 minute segment though!

It takes some time to get strong enough to sustain any sort of running 🙂 The SSpodcasts will definitely help
