Stamina podcast anyone?

So far I've been using the Stepping Stones and Speed podcasts, both of which I really enjoy, but I am a bit apprehensive about starting Stamina. It seems to start quite fast and just gets faster. Has anyone any comments about it? Should I just go for it? Aaaah! Decisions, decisions!!!

I would definitely recommend it. The first time I tried it I found it hard but the second time was much better - mainly because I knew what to expect I think. I use all the stepping stone podcasts regularly. I don't find any of them easy but I do feel as if I had a 'proper' work out when I use them. You've got nothing to loose so give it a whirl ☺

I tried them but found it too slow. It was very hard to run to the beat. I did find it good for finding my natural running rate so I have downloaded music to that speed. I find it good that way. Good luck for trying it it just might suit you.

Thank you for your reply. I think I still need to find my natural running rate. From what you've said this may be the way. I shall certainly think about that tomorrow when I try Stamina for the first time. Fingers crossed!

Good luck but enjoy it. At the moment it is still a learning process.

Only one I use now, wish it was a hour long though :)

Millwalki8 - you could download a second copy of the podcast - maintaining a steady speed during the 10 minute interval of cool down, warm up, in the middle.
