I completed my graduation run yesterday evening after a long day at work.
It's taken me longer than 9 weeks due to loss of motivation and struggling with the longer runs, but I've done it and I'm so happy!
I haven't really kept my promise to blog my progress, but on the days when I struggled, it was other people's blogs that kept me going.......... so thanks to all those who do blog on here it helps so much.
Not quite able to complete 5k in 30 minutes but that's my next goal......to all those still doing the programme stick with it, it's so worth it.

Brilliant! It's good reading about people's successes, I find it really motivating. So looking forward to be able to get to the stage where i too can do longer runs (on W5).
Congratulations, jojo2k. Well done, I think we have both had similar experiences. I struggled with the longer runs too and have managed to run for 30 minutes but haven't done 5k yet. That's still work in progress!
It's a great feeling to have completed the whole programme, isn't it? Enjoy the glory!
