Pants!

I guess this a more aimed at the gents.

How do you find undercrackers that both provide support while at the same time not shifting as you run and trying to strangle the boys?

I normally go for boxer briefs but they don't provide support, so the chaps can get a bit achy after a lot of running. So I switched to briefs. Loads of support but then they move and start strangling things. I can't seem to find a happy medium.

All my running shorts have mesh liners, which provide great ventilation of vital parts along with enough support to prevent overmuch movement. I can't imagine running in anything else.

I don't wear them at all in civilian life, but for running and active gym work, I wear these: underarmour.co.uk/en-gb/men...

for long distance runs and Obstacle races, I wear Speedos. Sounds weird but they provide excellent support and deal with submersion and sweat very well.

in winter I find my Skins provide adequate support

If you want to do a bit of charity supporting you could try the stuff from myoddballs.com - I find them super comfy personally, never had any issues, they get a *lot* of Rugby players wearing them too (if you follow them on twitter, you get "action shots" to prove it whether you want to see that or not 😂 )

My friend who I did Brighton with wore just his skins which he found really comfy and no chafe- but he did wear loose shorts over just to cover up as they dont leave much to the imagination! I swear by Bodyglide too which will sort anyone out.
