Sitting here sweating like a lady who perspires a lot and feeling as if I will never beat this.
I know you all warned me about week 6 gremlins but that was sooooooo tough. Funnily enough though, the middle 8 wasn't as bad as the 5 minutes either side.
I really really really wanted to give up 2 minutes from the end but managed to finish and actually walked at a brisk 6k/hr for my cool down walk.
I won't give up but I'm scared of the next run and I was loving this so much 😣🤔😐😓😕😯

Believe me I know how you feel, but I also know you're going to be just fine. This brilliant programme wasn't designed to be easy, each week is there to challenge us more ... look how far you've come!
Just remember all the advice from this forum's experts and keep it slow, slow, slow.
... and perhaps promise yourself a little treat after each run!
You're not far from the end now so good luck and happy running!
The main thing is you did it! Be proud of yourself. A lot of us found Week 6 tough but the challenge is needed to get you through to the next step. The longer runs are easier in a way...the stopping and starting can be more challenging. Well done and keep going 👍🏻🏃🏼♀️
I found w6r2 the hardest of the program last week and dreaded run 3 but I did it this morning and found it really ok. Did 4K in the 25 minutes then had a 5 minute walk and ran another 15 mins. Yesterday did the program and was dead!
