Back to wk3

So back to it, my first run in 3 weeks, starting again at week 3, on my physios advice. HA I thought, 90 seconds of running, how hard can this be, I got up to 25 mins 3 weeks ago and now I also have fabulous new trainers! In my excitement I think I set off too fast, I was puffing, muscles were aching! My physio had asked me to run differently using my hips more and it meant new muscles were having to work. Oh my god, it was one of my hardest runs! I was going to jump straight on to week 4, but I think after today's shambles I'll complete week 3. Great to be back at it😁

I bet that you do get back into it quicker than today suggests. Nice colour trainers :)
