Wk3 for me!

Just seen the run plan, 3 mins?! Seems a jump from wk2..... feeling nervous....I feel this is where it'll be my first proper mental battle as the first 2 weeks I've breezed through...

Just take it super slow, and if it’s feeling too hard, slow down some more 🏃‍♀️🐌🏃‍♀️

Take it slow, honestly I was the same 😊. You'll feel fantastic afterwards.

Tell those fear gremlins to back off because week one and two have prepared you for this! Keep it nice and slow, look at your surroundings, concentrate on your music & before you know it.. you will have done it! Enjoy!!

Just trust the plan... take it slow and steady and know that you will be absolutely fine..

You don't get to run thirty minutes in nine weeks without stepping up each week.

You actually run for exactly the same duration in W3 as you did in W2.

It is a jump but you are prepared for it take it nice and slow and enjoy the moment when you have achieved it. You’ll be spurred on when this weeks done. I felt the same as you and I’m now st week 6 and loving it. You’re doing really well🏃🏻‍♀️👍

I did wk 2 day 3 this morning so I'm at same stage as you n feeling nervous bout Wednesdays wk 3 run, im pretty pleased with myself for getting this far and scared this knocks my confidence but I'm gonna give it my best shot, keep going n let us know how it goes
