Week 5 Run 2

Didn't realise that this run was two 8 minute stretches, bit of a surprise when I heard that this morning.

The first eight minutes wasn't to bad as most of it was down hill with a small incline at the end.

The second eight minutes was a very different story, started of on a small incline which progressed into a steeper incline, this went on for about six and a half minutes (seemed like forever), then went flat for about a minute and half.

That was by far the most testing run to date, I'm sure it will get easier as time goes on but I'm equally sure that there will some hard and testing days to come before then.

Well done.

You might need to adjust your routes to make sure that you are not making things too hard for yourself. I remember realising in W6 that I needed to do this, or all my runs were going to finish on a half k uphill stretch.
