So I got up early and started week 4.. I was a little scared but it was fun. The roads were clear and the morning fresh.. Must admit I'm loving this running thing. Well more jogging lol..
I felt like I could of done more but didn't know if it was a good idea or not..

Well done Gem, The plan works for most as it gives structure as you get into the routine. There is nothing to stop you doing more if that is what you feel just be careful not to overdo it, you will read the the phrase listen to your body frequently here.
