It feels weird writing that one again, but I've decided to try out the B210K programme. Its only been a couple of weeks since graduating from C25K but was finding running in intervals again really tough. Bathed in sweat at the 30 minute mark, stitch kicking me in the stomach, it brought back some pretty gruelling memories of C25K. I'm still going to try and stick at it though and see how I get on.

Which one are you doing? I plan to start that after 5x50
I'm following the one described here: blog.bluefinapps.com/about-... with my own music I didn't realise there were different plans?

Enjoy it, first run seemed the worst for me, did not like the 1 minute walk.
Keep up the good work, am about to start week 3 tomorrow.

I am hoping to start this when my leg is healed so will be watching your blog with interest. Please keep us all informed as to how you get on matey.

roadrunner doing the same one as you, as I like the countdown at 10, 5, 2 and 60 seconds. How do you do this with your own music though?
