... But it was harder than W4R1, though I didn't stop, or even seriously consider stopping.
For me, that's the most miraculous thing about C25K; it's so well-constructed that you really *can* do it if you follow the process.
It's so reassuring to know that other people have felt just like me, maybe even older or fatter or more unfit people (if such a thing is possible π) and they have trusted the programme and it hasn't let them down.
Thank you so much for your stories and your support; it means a great deal. Xxxx

Well done! I remember this run sooo well, I felt sick (I was under hydrated and it was burning hot) and I almost stopped, it literally was putting one foot in front of the other. I doubted I could do this for the first time, but with the support of lovely people here pushed on. It was never as bad again, week 5 was a breeze and Iβm now 5 weeks post graduation and just about at 5k. Believe in yourself and the programme, you wonβt regret it! X
Thatβs really encouraging. I have just done run 2 week 4, but am finding the 5 mins very hard. Feel bit old and v too far. Also am on treadmill so maybe thatβs easier to run on but more boring maybe and so am aware of the slow second da ticking by?π
