The phrase "Trust the Programme" comes to mind.
If you have completed the runs successfully then move on. By the sound of it you have so well done on what you have done so far - week three will just build on what you have already achieved (and don't worry about speed).
Trust and faith. trust the programme and have faith in yourself.
Slow and steady and you will do it..
Thanks for support/advice will give it a go . So rest day tomorrow then straight to week 3 Sunday?!
