Just completed my W2R3. Oh my word, already scared about next week! I was ready to drop at the end of the 90 seconds.
I think l need to focus on my mind more as l think that might be more about what l need to overcome to keep at it. When my legs say stop l need to hammer home what l am trying to achieve.

Hi wmw, you are doing fine, every run you do builds your stamina, ready for the next session.
Run slowly, you are learning to run for a gradually increasing time. The program works and although the run may test you it is doable. You may feel puffed, but going slowly will enable you to do each run interval and recover a little during the walk break.
I hope you read the guide to the plan that lannodatruffe has given you the link to. Trust the program, trust yourself and be positive..
I have JW as my coach and although I fell out with her last week - she's great - she's right it does get easier and you have to tell yourself you git this you can do it !
Just go as slowly as you need to. I set myself little targets as I run. For example, I think to myself I am just going to make it to that tree. When I get to the tree I think I'll get to that lamppost. It just seems to break the run down a bit!
