Back from wk2 run2 and tried the slow jogging technique. Oh my goodness!! What a difference. Thank again for sharing this, it really made a huge difference. Wasnβt out of breath at all and really felt I could have done more. To top it off I checked my Fitbit after and it burned the same number of calories!! Couldnβt believe it. No going back now I think π
