Feeling great after today's run after reading a lot of posts on here I looked at the Japanese running technique and applied that to today's run really worked well found the run less of a struggle and actually feel like I could have done a bit more so thrilled πŸ˜€ youtu.be/9L2b2khySLE

It’s a game changer isn’t it? πŸ˜€ Really reigns you in and you end up having more energy as a result! Still using that technique now and just about to start week 6. Enjoy and good luck!πŸ˜ŠπŸ¦‹πŸŒ»

Just got back from my run and I tried the slower running technique and I definitely had more energy I could even sprint for the last minute!! Kind of made the run more enjoyable as I wasn’t wishing the minutes away like I have done before!!! πŸ‘πŸ‘

Back from wk2 run2 and tried the slow jogging technique. Oh my goodness!! What a difference. Thank again for sharing this, it really made a huge difference. Wasn’t out of breath at all and really felt I could have done more. To top it off I checked my Fitbit after and it burned the same number of calories!! Couldn’t believe it. No going back now I think 😊
