Consolidate for a bit, most of us didn't get to 5K for a little while after graduating. You don't have to run without here either, I often listen to the podcasts again, just don't stop for the walk breaks - unless you want to.

SueKen is right too, try the C25K + podcasts, made for graduates and intended to get you a bit further down your running journey. I still use them, they're brilliant.
