Aw, this is so lovely to come home to! Thanks, Flossie - Gary is most impressed by his picture, and has asked me to print it out and frame it for his living room. He also wants to know how you knew about his underpants, but says it's not the croissants, it's the camembert.

Thanks to you all for your well wishes and sorry I didn't reply earlier - I'd forgotten my logins for HU. I am going to write my report now - just got home to the Languedoc with ankles so bloated that Gary could use them as a swimming pool. I'm ecstatic- I did it! thought of the HU team regularly on my way around - you guys rock. Thank you! Official time 2h53, Garmin time 2h 31 mins. Happy cookie.
