I must say for me, it was actually a relief I got through it, because some real obstacles that week.
I got sick - I never get a cold in June - never in 43 years! Obstacles arise to challenge you, but I knew I just had to push through it.
I tend to give up, get bored and throw in the towel very quickly, so it was a slight concern that I wouldn't be able to complete the week. I was also scared the run would be more difficult and that I wouldn't be able to see the run through to the end. Wrong on both.
I managed to sail through it and it was a major relief. I announced it on Facebook and got warm and encouraging support, which was a boost.
I came on here pretty much straight away and demanded my badge, too. I worked for it, after all.

Then eat less of those and more fresh fruit and veg and protein. There is no way round the fact that weight gain is a simple equation of an imbalance between input and output.
Deflated ...anticlimax although was pleased with what I'd achieved. Not fine any since apart from shuffle and suffer a few parkruns. Need to get back in control...
