Well done! It's mostly walking to start with. The jog bits are mercifully short to start with, and you only need do them very slowly. In fact the whole programme is best done at a Snail"s pace . That way you preserve puff to finish each session and you don't get injured

Well done for taking the first step. I always wanted to take up running when I was heavier and myself and so many people I know would say 'I'm too fat to run 'My boobs move too much to run' and any other excuses... so you have all my respect for getting out there and doing it!!!

I have just finished week 2 and feel ready to move on although I'm not looking forward to having to run 3 mins... sounds ridicules but it feels like such along time lol

Oh yes, good luck. You took the first step so congratulations. Take it easy, a day rest in between and you will get there. Just smell the 🌺.
