So yesterday we decided to go up to the north Norfolk coast. I took my running kit just in case I fancied being one of those people you see running along the beach. 🏃♀️ At about 7pm I decided to give it a go and went for my run along the shore line. What a lovely experience. I was so hot when I finished I went into the sea for a cool down. Nice. Spoilt my efforts by finishing the day with fish and chips and an ice cream. Oh.🍦
