I'm at the same stage and am currently using the Stepping stones podcast and have just completed my first Parkrun. Both are helping to continue my stamina and enjoyment of running so can recommend both to you 🏃🏼‍♀️🙂

Having completed c25k yesterday I have been giving this some thought. I think I will most likely carry on with the 30 mins 23 times a week for another month or so, then I have found a 5k training program, which factors in different runs to build stamina and speed.

Might also give the 5k+ apps a go. Beyond that I don't know 🏃🏃🏃

Finish the programme, :)..... then runs for joy.... just because you can.... Consolidation of the thirty minute runs is a really, really good idea... our running muscles and stamina are only just getting built up... don't worry about speed or distance, just do the 30 mins... then after a few weeks, take a look at the C25K+ podcasts maybe

I did each one over three weeks, Stepping Stones for 3 runs, then Speed x 3 and so on... Many of us still use them in isolation or as part of other runs :) My favourites, Speed and Stamina :)

Then, well there is so much to choose from, Intervals, Strides, all sorts... thing is, as on here steady and slow.. don't rush things, take the time to build up those running legs!
