W2 R3 completed this evening. 1.5 min runs seemed slightly easier tonight and much better on grass (no calf pain). Seem to hit a bit of a wall half way through still and could easily stop and walk home. W3 starts at the weekend!

Do keep it up. There are some days tougher than others but it is the consistency that pays off! And the runs are not huge chunks of time out of your days. Love the feeling at the end! Good luck for the rest
