Graduated!

Here's a photo of the latest graduates from the Newsham Park Couch to 5K group in Liverpool after completing their first Croxteth Hall parkrun. Over the last ten months we've had around fifty non runners complete the program and between them have competed in around 500 parkruns, 10k's and even a half marathon.

We'll be starting our fifth group towards the end of July if anyone fancies joining us. Search for 'Newsham Park Running Group' on Facebook.
