Well up at 4:15 for my 4:45 run had a drink of water and played on the IPad before going out set off with the intention of increasing my speed started with the 5 minute warm up and then we are ready decided to run for 2km then walk for 1km and run for 1km didn't quite work out like that as ended up walking for 1/2 a km during the walking bits so need a bit of practice didn't help having to keep looking at the Garmin as my Casio stopwatch needs a new strap which my wife needs to pick up for me. On a positive note got 2 PB's this morning fastest 1Km in 6:06.5 minutes and fastest mile in 11:02 unfortunately cannot sustain that at the moment but I am sure with practice and time it will come but having said that still did 5km so more than happy not sure when doing next run but do intend to have a lazy fathers day on Sunday so a definitely no running.

Oh it's all good fun. I take my neighbour's dog for long walks. Just off to fetch him now. Cycling, swimming, dancing, strength stuff. I do exercise dvd's at home 🙂
