I had the same thing and it made me dread W6R3 so much that I gave in to my gremlins and put it off for two days - but I managed it and so will you. I'll be doing W7R1 this evening. It felt like a massive jump from 20 minutes to 25 minutes but the reality? It's only one (and a bit) more tracks from my running playlist - which put it into perspective for me!
