I found this run very hard going but in my ever steady snail pace, I managed to do it. I wouldn’t need a torch in the dark the way my face glows at the end of each run, lol. Snails rule! 🐌

I’m really pleased. I never dreamed that I could do anything like this. But I’ve proven myself wrong x

Perhaps progress is proving we haven't got a clue about what we can achieve. Well done TZ

It isn’t as if I’m a young woman. This running malarkey was never my bag but I’ve proved myself wrong. I’ve enjoyed the challenge, it’s been fun but very hard at times 🏃‍♀️

You seem to be enjoying your runs Tazzy, indeed if you are running the glow from your face will light the way for you once it gets dark, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 6 which by the way is the last run with interval walks 🚶 and runs. 🏃

Thank you. I’ll make the most of the next run then. Sounds like it’s going to get really hard after it.

Just take all the runs slowly and you will be 🆗, trust the program, it's advisable not to look ahead, just put the app on the day you are due to run and follow the instructions from your coach. 😊 🏃

Well done you, and yes glowing face or sweaty tomato face (I call it) will show you the way 😊

Nice running... those intervals have caught many out, they’re tougher than they look.

At least the walks have given me the chance to catch my breathe and have a slurp of water. But I’m sure I’ll be ok without them. I can do this 🏃‍♀️
