I completed R3 W4 yesterday and wow little hard going. I was on my way to Scotland and stopped overnight in Kendal at this beautiful hotel Villa Levens. I ran in the grounds , it was blustery and raining but I did it . I have Week 5 to complete this week whilst away. I am enjoying the challenge and enjoying running - I never thought I'd say that .
