When I started in January I had no belief that I could run for 30 minutes in around two months time. I have been building up to today for the last few runs and now it’s done I feel strangely underwhelmed. 🤨 So proud of myself that I decided to give it a try and stick with it. Looking forward to stretching my distance to 5k next and enjoying being a runner. Never thought I would be able to say that 🙃

Well done that’s amazing 👍👍 I started back then as well but am no where near graduating ..... yet. You’ve made me realise I need to pull my finger out and just get on with it now as I’m wasting time and you’ve made me more aware of it. Really pleased for you 👍👍
Thank you. You are not wasting time though. I started with my mum and she has repeated several runs so has just done her first 20 min run. As long as you keep going you will do it. Good luck 🤩
That's fantastic Claireep 💪 you are an inspiration. I started on Jan 4th and am on W7 now, taking it slow 😃 so hopefully in two or three weeks time I will be graduating too. Now onto the next level for you. Tell your mam to keep at it 💪💪💪
I have t thought of it like that 🤔 Yes I agree. A great start to the new year. Weirdly I did find week 7 one of the hardest. Not sure why. I’m sure you are going great 🤩
It’s difficult with no breather for 2-3 minutes ........ just full on running 😳😱🙈........ still confused how this works as I was born lazy 🥱....... 🏃♀️
