Not normally a poster but super proud of myself - just completed W5R3!!!!! Been worrying about it all week and actually managed it despite gusty winds. Yay to 5k!!!!

Don't dread it - this is a great run and the sense of achievement you get from completing it is so rewarding! Relish it and enjoy experiencing the progress you have made 😊.

Brilliant and well done! The runner's high you get from completing this run is amazing and stays with you all day. Apart, from graduation I think W5R3 is one of the best runs of C25K.
