That was brilliant! Once I got into a rhythm, I really enjoyed each of the runs - even the last one. The worst bit was the walking in between. Once I realised it would be ok, I even thought I had it in me to push myself to speed up a little too. In fact, I didn't want to stop when she said the 5 minutes was up. Now I'm really excited about the next run to do 8 minutes without stopping.
Is this really me talking? I NEVER thought I could ever enjoy running - and yet here I am!

Well done! I think you're right, finding a rhythm is important, you don't know it's happening at the time and then all of a sudden you're just running! Congrats 😀
