Four weeks no running

After twisting my ankle then getting bitten by mozzies on my calves that ended up with my on antibiotics then I weren't to well, I actually managed to get out today and get back to week 7. Was hard going but I did it and I'm sure I went for a bit longer the the 25 mins as the stupid iPod played up and it restarted the run. So was jogging on the spot to get it back to where I hoped it was.

I'm in Spain now until the end of July and thought 7.30am would be cool enough to get up and out, no it weren't I ended up looking like a drowned rat. So Thursday I will be get up earlier.

Happy running everyone
