So it was the wettest run ever! Sliding left right and centre ... like something out of smack the pony! But.... I have done it! 9 weeks done! And did just over 4.2km ... not the fastest I have ever done but the wettest! Go me! 🤗🌈🌈🌈 if anyone is in doubts keep going! Now to keep up the momentum and hope this rain gives 😬

Well done on graduating I remember that timetable well as that is how I started it was interesting as I had my watch set to intervals and that in my pocket as a reference to what I had to do on each run it was really creased by the time I had finished.
