I started running quite a few months ago now and had a few breaks... just couldn't seem to fit in the time to run, but I'm on Week 4 now and yesterday I felt like I was actually a runner! Good feeling. A good friend recommended this community to help me stay on it!

Well done, stick with it. Just as your body takes time to adjust to running, your mind does too and that includes making time and pushing yourself to go.
